2009 Rates & Policies

* I Bedroom Apartments accommodate up to a maximum of three people - Strictly Enforced.
** 2 Bedroom Apartments accommodate up to a maximum of five people - Strictly Enforced.

Lease & Security Deposit Policy

A 50% deposit is required within seven days of making the reservation.
The balance, plus a refundable security deposit of $200, is due thirty days prior to arrival.
Lease will not be guaranteed if full payment is not received thirty days prior to arrival.

Cancellation & Payment Policy

Cancellations are NOT accepted and will result in full loss of deposit.
We gladly accept, Personal Checks and Money Orders.
Credit Cards are not accepted.

Linen Policy

LINENS ARE NOT PROVIDED. YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN.

• East Chop Harborfront Apartments provides:
  pillows, blankets, a laundry hamper and laundry basket in each unit.
• No linens provided. Provision of linens is your responsibility.
  The most cost effective option for you is to bring your own linens.
• To make arrangements to have linen provided by Takemmy Linen Rental (508-693-2788),
  a rental linen vendor on the island. It is your responsibility to contact
  Takemmy Linen Rental.
• No washer/dryer available on site.
• No daily maid service.
  

Children & Pets Policy

Children are welcome, pets are not allowed.
