* I Bedroom Apartments accommodate up to a maximum of 2 people - Strictly Enforced.
** 2 Bedroom Apartments accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people - Strictly Enforced.

Lease & Security Deposit Policy

• A signed lease and 50% deposit is required within seven (7) days of making the reservation.
• The balance, plus a refundable security deposit of $300, is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival.
• In order to guarantee reservations, full payment and signed lease must be received 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation & Payment Policy

• Cancellations are NOT accepted and will result in full loss of deposit.
• We gladly accept, Personal Checks and Money Orders.
• Credit Cards are not accepted.

Linen Policy

LINENS ARE NOT PROVIDED. YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN.

East Chop Harborfront Apartments provides:

• Pillows, blankets, a laundry hamper and laundry basket in each unit.
• No linens provided. Provision of linens is your responsibility.
  The most cost effective option for you is to bring your own linens.
• Arrangements to have linen provided are made by contacting TAKEMMY LINEN RENTAL (508-693-2788), a linen rental vendor on Martha's Vineyard.
  It is your responsibility to contact Takemmy Linen Rental at: 508-693-2788.
• No washer/dryer available on site.
• No daily maid service.
  

Children & Pets Policy

• Children are welcome, pets are not allowed.

• Check-In Time: 2:00 PM Sunday
• Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM Sunday
